Non-Returnable items:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are no longer elligible for a refund as the painting may already be in progress or prepared for shipping.
Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized artwork orders cannot be canceled after payment, as work begind promptly.
Shipping Cancelllations:
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return under our Returns Policy once the item arrives.
Force Majeure Events:
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or logistical issues) delay or disrupt the processing of your order, we will inform you promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
