Beatha Theonest

My name is Beatha Theonest, and I am an artist and painter from Tanzania, specialising in oil and acrylic paintings. My journey with art began when I was just five years old, holding my first brush, and from that moment, my passion for painting began to grow. My parents have been my greatest supporters, encouraging me every step of the way, and their belief in my talent has brought me to where I am today.

I was trained in Fine Arts during my O-Level studies, and this foundation laid the groundwork for my artistic development. Later, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Design, which I completed in almost three years, further enhancing my skills and understanding of the artistic world. Throughout my university years, I attended various trainings and participated in numerous exhibitions, gaining both experience and exposure as a professional artist.

As an artist, I continue to explore and expand my creativity with oil and acrylic paints, always seeking to express emotions, stories, and experiences through my work. My art is not just about the colours on the canvas; it is a reflection of my journey, my growth, and the world I see around me. Each piece I create holds a part of my heart, and through it, I hope to connect with others and share my passion for art.
